MORNING PRACTICE

Advanced oldest, experienced, year round swimmers
Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 10:00 am

Intermediate 9-11 year old
Monday – Friday 9:15 am – 10:00 am

Novice 8 and under and new to the sport
Monday – Friday 9:30 am – 10:00 am

EVENING PRACTICE

Advanced oldest, experienced, year round swimmers

Tues, Wed, Thurs: 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Beginner, youngest swimmers

Tues, Wed, Thurs: 6:30 pm – 7:00 pm

PLEASE NOTE: This evening practice is offered for those swimmers who cannot attend morning practices. Each swimmer will be charged the $75 fee (payable to RTC) for participating in all swim team meets and events. In addition, if a swimmer opts to utilize the evening practice, there will be a one time fee of $100 (payable to Coach Martha Phelan).

No swimmer in any practice will be allowed to train until registered and payment has been provided.

Coaches will be available to register swimmers on Monday 6/10/25 at 4:00 pm during the Metro Swim Shop team suit fitting.

Each swimmer will receive a silicone RTC cap upon registration and when payment is provided (the cap is given in lieu of an end of year team gift).

Please supply your swimmer with the following:

• Kick board
• Pull Buoy
• Mesh Bag
• Goggles
• Swim Cap
